MagicLayers Finishes is a family-run epoxy and decorative coatings business based in Greenbank, Queensland.
We specialise in residential floors — garages, alfrescos, driveways and pool surrounds — because that's where the difference between a quick job and a properly prepared one is most obvious to the people living with it every day.
Every project is built on the All Purpose Coatings (APC) system. APC is Australian-made, APAS-certified and engineered for our climate. We apply their Ultra Flake® and Hyper Flake® ranges along with metallic and polyaspartic finishes.

Free on-site visit. We test your slab, show samples and recommend the right system.
Grind
Diamond grinding to a clean profile, with HEPA dust extraction throughout.
Prime
Moisture-tolerant primer locks the system to your slab.
Coat
Base colour pour, hand-broadcast flake, and any highlight accents.
Seal
Polyaspartic clear coat — UV-stable, chemical resistant and easy to clean.
Cure
Light foot traffic next day. Vehicles in 48–72 hours. Done properly, once.
